Bozeman’s Luxury Prices 2024 – 2026

So far in 2026, prices began up at $1,470,000 and finished the first quarter of 2026 at $1,400,000 for a loss of $70,000.
The 2026 forecast calls for flat prices. Though the luxury market is not as dependent on mortgage rates as is the housing market below $1M, the market generally responds in concert with the US economic condition.
In both 2024 and 2025 the forecast for Bozeman luxury real estate–inside and outside the city–called for warm markets with continued price advances.
